When the going gets tough, the tough get going!
We will remember 2020 as a year of great challenges, a period in which each and every one of us was forced to stop and take stock, and rethink our path. It is precisely in moments like these that it is necessary to remain calm, consolidate the results obtained and look to the future with confidence.
Just as it was for many others, lockdown marked an unexpected setback for us – we chose to use this time to fine-tune our business and production strategies, and loudly shout ‘Yes’ to change. The project for a new workspace had been on the cards for some time, and as soon as we were able to return to work, we set out to obtain the final permits required for the construction of a new industrial building.
The structure will be built on the land adjacent to our headquarters, as the natural extension to our premises. This building will have a strong “Green” rating and feature cutting-edge technology. 3,000 m2 of innovation and improvements, with a highly efficient environmental footprint and high-tech features.
Artificial intelligence will make it possible for us to further raise our quality standards both in production and at the management level, enhancing the skills and expertise of our operators and supporting their work, which will become less strenuous on the body and safer overall, further preventing the risk of accidents.
The low-environmental-impact technology employed will also allow for a considerable reduction in gas emissions being released into the atmosphere, in a spirit of commercial expansion that shows increasing respect for the planet.
