NEWS
Precision machining has always been the main focus of our company. Today, however, we also work in the areas of industrial carpentry – MPC carries out the following machining processes:
- milling
- turning
- drilling and assembly
- as well as any other manufacturing request that falls within the metalworking and precision engineering sector.
Today, we are specialised in large-scale machining (our production facilities are capable of turning parts that are up to 1,300 mm in diameter) and at MPC, we are always ready to do everything we can to satisfy the requests of our present and future clients, while keeping up to date with the very best technologies available on the market.
The company has recently invested in the precision mechanics sector by purchasing automated machinery and equipment.
Our extensive inventory of machinery allows us to mill a block of material up to 2600x1700x1700 mm, even using 5-axis machines, and it includes cutting-edge measuring instruments and CNC (three-dimensional numerically controlled measuring machines).
50 years of experience in the field of precision mechanics allows us to effectively deal with any type of request. Furthermore, we are open to collaborating with other companies, throughout the production cycle of components or parts not manufactured by us, to refine the finished product with details such as: heat treatments, painting, toothing or grinding (internal/external).
Over the years, our company has become a partner rather than merely a supplier, thus achieving an even higher quality standard on all our mechanical machining and carpentry processes.

Turning
Turning is defined by the rotary motion of the piece to be processed and the rectilinear motion of the tool being used to refine the piece.
The machine used for turning is called a lathe, and we have a range of vertical, horizontal and multitasking lathes available in our inventory.

Machining
Centres
Ideal for performing mechanical operations such as milling, drilling and boring by removing material from the rough piece to be processed through the use of a tool. We have vertical, horizontal, 3-4-5 continuous axes machining centres with dimensions up to 2600 x 1700 x 1700 mm.

Measuring
Instruments
The work being carried out by our machines and equipment must be monitored with precise measuring tools. Our goal is to provide a product that is always impeccable and in line with the highest quality standards required by our clients.

Final
Inspection
The finished product is examined in its entirety, with particular attention paid to fine details. Our benchmark for this final inspection is nothing less than the strictest quality standards.
