Die verwendete Maschine ist die Drehmaschine. Das Drehverfahren wird durch eine Rotation des Werkst\u00fccks und eine geradlinige Bewegung des Werkzeugs definiert. Die Schneide des Werkzeugs dringt in das Material des Werkst\u00fccks ein, trennt das \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Teil ab, das als Deckschicht (Obermetall) bezeichnet wird, und bildet somit einen Span.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #7ea9bc;\">FR\u00c4SEN:<\/span><\/strong> Es handelt sich um eine mechanische Kaltbearbeitung, wobei Material in Form von Sp\u00e4nen durch ein Fr\u00e4swerkzeug entfernt wird, das sich auf einem Werkst\u00fcck in Vorschubbewegung um die eigene Achse dreht. Im Vergleich zum Drehen, ist auch die Bewegung des Werkzeugs rotatorisch und nicht geradlinig. Um das Endst\u00fcck herzustellen, muss es in das Ausgangsst\u00fcck eingesetzt werden, wovon die Deckschicht (Obermetall) entfernt wird.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #7ea9bc;\"><strong>SCHWEISSEN:<\/strong><\/span> ist ein F\u00fcgeverfahren zum dauerhaften F\u00fcgen zweier Metallteile mit oder ohne Materialzusatz (ZUSATZWERKSTOFF) und erfolgt durch W\u00e4rmezufuhr. Der ZUSATZWERKSTOFF wird im geschmolzenen Zustand zwischen den entsprechend vorbereiteten Kanten (Fugen) der F\u00fcgepartner verteilt.<br \/>Die KANTEN, oder R\u00e4nder, sind die Oberfl\u00e4chen, die beim Schwei\u00dfen der Teile \u00fcber ihre gesamte L\u00e4nge beteiligt sind; Diese werden mit der am besten geeigneten geometrischen Form vorbereitet, je nach der zu schwei\u00dfenden Dicke, um die Ausf\u00fchrung des Schwei\u00dfens zu erleichtern.<br \/>Das Material der F\u00fcgepartner nennt man GRUNDWERKSTOFF.<br \/>Das SCHMELZBAD ist der Teil des Metalls, der sich w\u00e4hrend des Schmelzens in einem fl\u00fcssigen Zustand befindet.<br \/>Die SCHWEISSNAHT besteht aus dem gesamten Metall, sowohl dem Grund- als auch dem Zusatzwerkstoff, das nach dem Schmelzen in der Schwei\u00dfstelle durch Abk\u00fchlen erstarrt. Die Schwei\u00dfnaht ist das wesentliche Element der Schwei\u00dfverbindung und ihre Ablagerung bestimmt die tats\u00e4chliche Schwei\u00dftechnik.<br \/><br
